How do I cancel an order on Chams?<\/h2>

1) Cancellation before product has shipped:
\u25cf If you cancel your order before shipment has shipped..
\u2013 Prepaid : payment gateway charges minimum 3.5% will be duducted from your payment amount and rest will be refund to your original payment source.. no full refund provided in this case.
\u2013 COD : no payment refund applicable.
2) Cancellation after product has shipped:
\u25cf If your jewelry has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.. once that package reach us back you will get refund of your amount by deducting payment gateway charges and order shipping cost.
